    Who Should Attend?

    This course is suitable for anybody who is interested in pursuing a career in guarding services.

    Joining Criteria

    Learners must:
    • Be at the age of 18 or above, and
    • Be educated to Primary 6 or above or equivalent.
    (Remark: If the applicant declares he/she has qualification at Primary 6 or above but cannot provide documentary proof of his/her qualification, the applicant must provide a valid qualification declaration and pass the English admission test.)

    Assessment

    Assessment will be in the form of multiple-choice questions before course end.

    Award and Recognition

    On successful completion, learners will be awarded a QF-recognised Certificate in Basic Guarding (QASRS).

    Intended Learning Outcome

    At the end of this course, learners will:
    • Possess the required knowledge and skills of a security personnel for guarding services
    • Be able to perform basic guarding services in accordance with the instructions and guidelines of QASRS
