【專業領航：港安警衛外勞精英團隊 🛡️ 圓滿完成 HKIOS 進階護衛二級培訓！】
專業保安服務的背後，是無數次的實戰與磨練！HKIOS 近日與 港安警衛有限公司 (Kuokon Security Ltd) 深度合作，為其 32 位優秀外勞成員完成了「進階護衛（二級）證書」課程。
這群精英外勞成員在來港前已打下紮實基礎，完成了 HKIOS L1 線上課程並通過保安員技能測試。
本次 L2 培訓則是為了讓他們更精準對接香港的工作環境與營運標準：
• 🖥️ 系統化知識導航：涵蓋 9 小時實時視訊教學。內容深入探討現代觀測技巧、衝突化解 (De-escalation) 及突發事件處理框架。
• 🏋️ 高壓場景實作：整整一天的模擬演習，場景完全按其實際工作環境與操作需求量身定制！測試學員在生理與心理雙重壓力下的應變能力。
• 📝 嚴謹場景化考核：通過 1 小時的情境模擬筆試，確保學員能將理論轉化為實際操作。

Congratulations to the first cohort of HKIOS’s ‘Guarding Operation (Level 1) Online Course’ for their outstanding performance in the ‘Trade Test for Security Guard’ conducted by PEAK of VTC! All 13 participants successfully passed the test in September, with 9 earning Merit.
2024.10.03 - HKIOS Dinner Celebration and MOU Signing Ceremony with CSI
The Hong Kong Institute of Security (“HKIOS”) hosted a dinner on 3/10/2024 and celebrated its success in attaining HKQF Level 4 accreditation.
On the same evening, HKIOS and the Chamber of Security Industry (“CSI”) also sign a MOU of training partnership to nurture talents for the industry.
Sincere thanks to the attendance of the Chairman of the HKQF Security Services ITAC and invited guests from the HKQF Secretariat, ACFE HK, APSA-HK, CSI, HKUSPACE, FHKPMI and IPSA HK as well as security professionals from Macau and Hong Kong.

Asian Securitex Conference 2024
The 2024 AS Conference was successfully completed at HKCEC in Wanchai on 9 May 2024. The theme this year is “Unveiling Security’s New Paradigm” and explored the use of new technologies to solve the problem of manpower shortage in security operation. Our sincere thanks to the speakers who generously shared their insights and expertise on various topics and demonstrated their practical application with case studies. 於2022年11月18日, Mr. Johnny HO, 「保安業商會」會長及「香港保安學會」行政總裁, 出席亞洲安防會議(https://www.build4asia.com/events/asiansecuritex-conference/) 並成為其中一名講者。 他談及香港保安業在制訂保安業資歷架構方面的工作，並講解保安從業人員可如何透過「過往資歷認可機制」，無須重新接受培訓，根據他們在工作場所獲得的經驗和能力而取得資歷架構認可資格。
On 18 November 2022, Mr. Johnny HO, Chairman of the Chamber of Security Industry and CEO of HKIOS, was one of the speakers at the Asian Securitex Conference (https://www.build4asia.com/events/asiansecuritex-conference/). He talked about the work of the Hong Kong security industry in developing the Qualifications Framework for Security Services and explained the process for security practitioners to obtain QF-recognized qualifications based on their experiences and competencies acquired in the workplace under the Recognition of Prior Learning mechanism without undergoing training.
